Our Sunday service is at 9am with children’s programs running during school term times.

THE PASTOR

Phil and Linda came to Silkstone Baptist in 2017, bringing with them their two daughters – Milly and Piper. Phil grew up in Ipswich and has a heart to see his community grow and prosper under the leadership and direction of Jesus Christ. His passion for sharing the gospel is vibrant, energizing and contagious to those who are willing to listen.

When they aren’t found at the front of the church with hands raised worshipping God, they can be found at local cafés having babychinos with their girls or doing something to keep them busy! Phil is often found snuggled next the his dogs Stella and Ivy –  watching the NRL (particularly the Parramatta Eels) or any other team playing on the box.

Linda and Phil’s greatest passion is to make the Bible real and relevant in normal people’s lives, opening the door for those who will listen to see the truth of the gospel and receive Christ as their Lord and friend.
